We are pleased to inform that on the 1st of July 2021, the transfer of ownership of AHT GROUP GmbH from RSBG Infrastructure & Technologies GmbH to Dorsch Holding GmbH has been completed. AHT GROUP GmbH is now a 100% subsidiary of Dorsch Holding GmbH.
