Dorsch Gruppe takes over the site management and construction supervision of the urban development plan Al Ghadeer; an urban expansion, which will be developed on behalf of the premium real estate developer Sorouh located in Abu Dhabi.
The modern urban lifestyle project comprises building works for 154 villas, 518 town houses and al-most 1500 partly terraced apartments, medical facilities, an international school, parks, club houses, mosques and pubic transportation offers. Furthermore infrastructure works have to be performed con-cerning irrigation network; drinking water reservoir and a pumping station. This project is a part of So-rouhs top-portfolio since it strategically connects the capitals Abu Dhabi and Dubai with the desert city Al Ain; and therefore it increases its radius into the Emirates. Therewith the prospective inhabitants always have within reach the important industrial zones and facilities of the United Arab Emirates such as Khalifa Port, Abu Dhabi International Airport. Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai World Centre. From the architectonical point of view Sorough respects Abu Dhabi’s lifestyle and authenticity.
