Since 2015, Dorsch International Consultants GmbH has been the first and so far only company in our industry to be independently certified in sustainable corporate management according to the holisitic ZNU standard. This standard integrates all three dimensions of environmental, economic and social issues, and it supports and promotes the development of an integrated management system for doing business in a more sustainable way. The ZNU (Center for Sustainable Leadership) is an application-oriented research institute of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Witten / Herdecke. In addition to the certification, Dorsch International as an industry representative cooperates with the ZNU Institute on the further development of the standard on a scientific level.
At the end of the three-year cycle, a recertification according to the ZNU standard was necessary in 2021. The TÜV audits which lasted several days took place at the end of October. Dorsch International was able to prove again that it is one of the pioneers in its industry and that economic action, social responsibility and environmental awareness do not have to be mutually exclusive. The successful ZNU recertification "Driving Sustainable Change" was now positively confirmed by the auditing TÜV Thüringen and the new certificates were issued. The new certification is valid for 3 years until 2024 with annual surveillance audits and covers the Dorsch International locations in Munich, Berlin, Bochum and Wiesbaden.
