Description
The submitted master plan for 2040 is to be validated with regard to the determined demand values for the energy demand situation including the Capex determination for all 12 quarters. This is a cross-departmental project consisting of consulting, infrastructure, plant engineering and joint venture with Voigt engineers. It represents a strategic project with various stakeholders on the part of FBB (real estate, space marketers, suppliers).
Outcome:
- The 2040 master planning is to be adjusted on an ongoing basis, as it no longer applies to the current situation due to the pandemic
- The stock supply is secured, the nucleus supply can initially be realized by interim measures
- To supply the new buildings and to comply with the climate strategy developed in the project, both SF1 and SF3 must be retrofitted from 2025 onwards
